Reporting

    Getting feedback is one of the best ways to have confidence that you are doing well.  On the off chance that things aren't going as you expect, getting feedback gives you the opportunity to change your approach.    These standard reports, requested by outside agencies, are one way that patients and the community assess how well we are meeting their needs.   Hopefully we can use this information as well.
